FORM started with a frustration many people quietly have with gyms. You want to work out. You know it would be good for you. But you walk in and immediately feel like you don't belong there. It's crowded. Everyone seems to know exactly what they're doing. You don't understand half the machines.
For women, that discomfort can be even stronger.
FORM was imagined around a simple question: what if the gym was bright, spacious and welcoming? What if women who wanted privacy had dedicated hours instead of needing an entirely different gym? What if excellent facilities were simply part of membership, rather than something reserved for people who could afford a luxury club?
Nobody should need confidence before they walk through our doors.
Good equipment and facilities shouldn't only exist behind expensive memberships.
Women who want private training time should have genuine access to it.
Not knowing what you're doing isn't embarrassing. It's simply the beginning.
FORM can't promise a physical outcome. What we can promise is the environment we create for you to work toward it.
